Full-time Patrol Officer
Salary: $21.34 - $28.68/per hour

Job Summary:
This position is that of a MN P.O.S.T Board Licensed Police Officer. The Police Officer works under the daily and direct supervision of the Police Chief. The Police Officer is responsible for protection of life and property, maintenance of order, prevention of crime, enforcement of laws, apprehension of criminals and providing general public service. The position also assists in the investigation of criminal offenses, accidents or other police related problems.
Minimum qualifications for the position are: an Associates/Technical degree in law enforcement or a related field; minimal experience working in law enforcement; POST license eligibility, and valid Minnesota Driver’s License. Must meet all state mandated and employer-required certifications, training, and medical requirements. Finalist(s) will be required to successfully complete a thorough background investigation, a medical examination, and psychological evaluation.
