Seasonal Full-time Maintenance - Two Positions Available

Job Summary:
The City of Blackduck Public Works Department is hiring (2) full-time Seasonal Maintenance employee(s). This seasonal position works directly under the supervision of the Public Works Director. Applicants must possess a MN Class D driver’s license; have basic knowledge of public works equipment; have the ability to perform heavy manual labor and have a flexible availability.

Full-time Patrol Officer
Salary: $21.62 - $38.72/per hour

Job Summary:
The City of Blackduck Police Department is hiring (1) full-time Patrol Officer. The City values applicants that are dedicated to community service, possess a strong work ethic, and have excellent communication skills. Applicants will enjoy a career in a small-town setting with varied exposure to Beltrami county partners. Blackduck offers an environment in Northern Minnesota that is perfect for families. Our full-time patrol officer starting salary range is $21.62 - $38.72 per hour with an excellent insurance benefit package.
Minimum qualifications for the position are: an Associates/Technical degree in law enforcement or a related field; minimal experience working in law enforcement; POST license eligibility, and valid Minnesota Driver’s License. Must meet all state mandated and employer-required certifications, training, and medical requirements. Finalist(s) will be required to successfully complete a thorough background investigation, a medical examination, and psychological evaluation.
