Administrative Offense Citations
An administrative offense is a violation of a provision of the City Code or state Law and is subject to the administrative penalties set forth in the schedule of offenses and penalties referred to in Sec. 200.09, entitled “Offenses and Penalties”. An administrative offense is not a crime

Portable Audio / Video Recorders
This policy provides guidelines for the use of portable audio/video recording devices by members of this office while in the performance of their duties (Minn. Stat. § 626.8473). Portable audio /video recording devices include all recording systems whether body-worn, handheld or integrated into portable equipment.
